Hello, I’m the founding director of Sprout. aptly named due of my love of all things plant and a growing desire to show businesses how easy it can be to drive growth when you get your people strategy right.

Sprout. started off as a tiny seed of an idea back in 2020, becoming a reality at the tail end of 2022. After working in People functions for global businesses for 15+ years, including Apple, trip.com and Webhelp, I wanted to take big business knowledge and use it for the good of start-ups and scale-ups, the bedrock of the business community.

I have seen first-hand how strong people cultures can really impact a business’s ability to grow, I am passionate about working with innovative, forward-thinking business to create and implement an Employee Experience which fuels sustainability, agility, resilience and growth.

With people being at the core of every business, I work across all sectors offering guidance to senior leaders and coaches to improve leader capability.
